And, flower pedals showered down upon my head as I tripped thru the air...

...and, tomorrow night -- Ing and I are going to be electroclashed till our hearts content by Goldfrapp at the Filmore!!!!! And, yes, it is a sold out show!!! I am soooo excited. I got a way cool new shirt to wear for the event!!! I am ready to ride the white horse!!!! ...and, so is Ing! We are ready to rock it down.

Matty i am delighted! of course if i was a gay man i would DEFINITELY jump your bones - not that i am a tart either - so i am not surprised you had a ravishingly good time.

and to think you were in a state of fevered illness one day earlier. just goes to show how quickly we can recover if sex is being dangled??

YAYAYAYAYAYYYYYY!

Jungle Jane -- I'm blushing! Same back to ya. However, we didn't do the deed. We played checkers. It was all quite innocent. Really. Well, sort of...

I'm telling you -- those 16 hours of sleep and the ass missles were true God sends. I was ready for someone to shoot me. What a difference a day makes!

Double yayayayaya!!!

Can't wait to report on goldfrapp!!!

Did you have milk and cookies while you were playing checkers? or did you go for something harder like Lemonade?

I am soooooooo envious - its been ages since i played a nice game of checkers...

Hi Matty! Mummy said that you can teach me how to play checkers. I dunno why she ran off and laughed after that - mummy can act funny sometimes.

I'm glad your date went well - do you think my advice on your clothing helped? did you wear the gold pants?

I play scrabble with my husband and he always limits and closes the board with small words yet high in numbers. He strategizes so he can win while I try and open the words and board and willing to lose points in order to keep on playing without getting frustrated with fewer options. He always wins with words like Xi. Very unfair. I usually drink red wine while playing with my husband. Never do I drink cookies and milk.

Checkers sounds fun, but I hear Chess is a lot more fun. I don't know how to play chess. My husband is teaching me. Well, was teaching me.

I hope your future dates go amazingly Matt!

I wanted to ride the white horse after my date, and I couldn't even get him to play "checkers," which, I just know there was more to it than checkers on your date, Matty.

How do I get tomboy to play checkers with me? He's totally shy or something. . .

Hey qt! Your latest picture is fabulous. You are just adorable, hot and precious.

Thanks for stopping by amidst the sewer spillage and bleach and red wine. It's decided that the three go together but don't mix well.

Dude - that's so gay.

Oh wait - you are gay. Congrats on scoring!

quick story: my wife is a member of a local theatre group and thinks it's ok to kiss the attractive gay guys - since they're gay there's no way it would lead to anything more...and I'm like, no fucking way - most of those guys are probably bi and are probably attracted to you.

Jungle Jane -- No milk, but we did have cookies! Checkers requires a great deal of concentration.

Pixie -- I think your mom meant that one day you would play checkers like me! I used to offer checkers lessons, but the pay wasn't very good. I was going to wear the gold pants, but that lady from whom they were bought sent me the wrong size. So, I am using them for fab curtains! I did, however, wear pants.

PDD - He sounds like a very cunning player! I hope the two of you can pick up with the chess lessons soon! That sounds like much imaginitive fun!

Mone -- I can't wait for goldfrapp!!! Yay!!!!

Ing -- It was all quite innocent. He and I are having dinner on wednesday and I'm all excited!! Tomboy might be up for a game of touch football. Just don't wear your cool pants for that. ...he won't mind.

Joe -- It was a really nice date! He is a really cool guy. I heard about the Vegas wedding, but it all seemed so hallow in gesture. I mean, you didn't even tell me about it. In the end, I think you and I need to just be friends. You just can't seem to commit. Saddens me. But, we'll always have Paris. No. Wait. We haven't met have we. Um, well, we'll always have blogland.

Lauren!!! You're back and OK! I am so glad! And, thanks!

Motor City Monk --- Hey! Welcome! Um, yeah, my life tends to be fairly gay. Well, ok. A lot gay. Can't get much gayer than this. But, it is a lot of fun! You know actors pretending to be gay to get the leading actresses --- that's an old game that has been going on for years! I think Rock Hudson used to do that! So, tell her to be cautious!!! I wish I had a shining yellow light emitting from my chakra as I sat for a picture. Never works out that way!

Err no Matt your life isn't gay.

Gayness itself is mimicking your life.

Motor: if your wife is kissing other men, gay or not, surely that in itself is a problem n'est pas?

Dessie: uh, yeah - the mere fact that she's into kissing other men might be conceived as a "problem" of sorts. Then again, depends on how you look at it. Last summer, my wife's best friend, my wife and myself were in a hottub and we were all making out...we got as far as my wife and her friend giving me a blowjob. Now that was fun. So I guess it's all a matter of perspective.

I'm barely awake, feeling the need to main line coffee into my viens but the magic of Goldfrapp fills my soul! I am ready to boogie to work and embrace the day --- Let it take me away! Ohh, Laa, Laa! Will write more when I get home tonight!!

Dessie -- You are so right. You are the first person to note that life imitates me! Thank you! But, what about art? Or, wait. Am I art? ...or just a cheap refab plastered for the world to view???

Robert -- I do feel like a lucky bastard! I was soooo sick this time last week and look at me now! Whoo Hoo!

Motor City Monk! Wow! You are living a Penthouse Forum life! Many a straight man would sell his soul! Congrats and rejoice! No wonder there is a heavenly glow emerging from your being!!!

Cappy -- I am jealous of you! I don't have that Barbra magnet! It is perfection!!! Tho, now I wish I had a Goldfrapp magnet. I got a shirt, but Ing's is cooler because it is pink and has the disco white horse on it. But, mine is cool too. Am wearing it now with my sport coat --- I am stylin!

Jon -- I do believe you are correct! No, I didn't buy a Winniebego, but I bought 2 shirts and got a Filmore Bill Graham Presents Goldfrapp poster to hang. ...they gave that to us. Which is good because I was going to make Ing steal one for me. She was about to do it, too! It was awesome! See them when they get to Manhattan!!!!

Pixie! Yes! But,
Pixie Sprinkle!
Pixie Sprinkle!
Pixie Sprinkle!
...does that grant me a wish?

Ing --- I might be crawlig into the office, but I'll be doing so in style and on the beat! It was awesome! Thanks for sharing it with me!!!!! Your hot pants and way cool purse looked great -- and you were all the envy in your hot pink tight fitting Goldfrapp Ride The White Horse T-shirt! ...still thinking about Ms. Goldfrapp's magic dancers!

Matty - I wish I was still living that playboy lifestyle. Unfortunately, Mrs. Monk has put the kabash on such activities. I'm hoping my new backyard spa will liven things up for us again.

Gina -- Even tho I've not yet met you, I feel like I know you. You were on our minds last night. Will be writing about it in a few! Wish you could have been there!

I wish all of you could have been there! It was ...electric-CLASH!

Motor City Monk -- I've got my fingers crossed for you! Someone needs to be living that rock-n-roll lifestyle. ...well, in addition to my hero, Jungle Jane!
